Law Courses

At undergraduate level we offer an impressive LLB (Hons) programme, available full and part-time, plus BA (Hons) Accountancy & Law and BA (Hons) Marketing & Law.

All our degrees have a wide range of module electives. LLB electives include Immigration Law, Law & the Internet, Jurisprudence, Law of Evidence, Landlord & Tennant Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Consumer Law, Company Law and Commercial Law plus a dissertation in the final year.

Utilising a 15 credit point modular structure (8 x 15 credit points per year) our emphasis is on depth of knowledge as opposed to excessive assessment. Our modules are delivered in a very practical 'real world' manner drawing on the experience of our tutors, many of whom hold postgraduate qualifications in addition to professional qualifications and experience as either a barrister or solicitor. With tutors offering an 'open door' support policy and extra curricula activities including mooting and law related visits, we provide the widest range of opportunities to underpin your chosen career.

We also offer a one year HNC Business (Law)course, designed to give students a flavour of legal study. The majority of students from HNC progress to a degree course at College.

If you are in employment and want to enhance your career options you can choose from the part-time LLB(Hons), ILEX and Conveyancing courses.
